KeyBS along with its partner in Bahrain “PIE” are announcing a new project with Viva Bahrain. Both companies are working together to provide Viva Bahrain with KIOSK full solution in order to facilitate Viva services through an automated payment channel which will contribute effectively in providing the best customer service and for sure in reducing the Queue lines at Viva branches.
The self-service machine will be installed and distributed at Viva branches in Bahrain providing customers with self-access to many services such like post-paid bill payment, pre-paid mobile top-up, issuing new sim card, utility bill payment…etc. Moreover the KIOSK will be connected with Bahrain national ID and finger print for KYC purpose. The machine can be accessed 24/7 and the customers are having the option to pay through different ways either via cash or voucher or card.
KeyBS will develop all the required integration with Viva system, as well as KeyBS is finalizing the needed hardware design which is selected as per Viva requests and needs. The project is in the preparation and development stage and it will go live within the next three months
